We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for recruiting top talent across the Central West Orana project.
About the Role
* Provide recruitment support to the Central West Orana Project
* Develop and maintain solid relationships with key stakeholders
* SOURCE TALENT ACROSS PLATFORMS, including LinkedIn, Seek, and internal redeployment opportunities
* Act as the champion for recruitment processes and procedures for management teams
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet business needs
2. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders
4. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's or Diploma in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, or a related field
* Demonstrated experience in a similar role, coupled with excellent stakeholder engagement and interpersonal skills
* Proven capability in delivering talent to businesses in talent-short markets using alternative sourcing strategies
