Guest Services Attendant (Housekeeping) | Horse & Jockey Hotel
The Horse & Jockey Hotel is looking for a hardworking Guest Services Attendant to join our Housekeeping team. You'll be responsible for ensuring our guest rooms are spotless and welcoming, focusing on high-quality cleaning, linen changes, and attention to detail. If you are physically fit, reliable, and take pride in creating a pristine environment for guests, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
* Making every room feel like home away from home
* Follow daily, weekly and monthly cleaning schedules
* Help the Publican know what needs repair and maintenance throughout accommodation
* Work with the Front Office team to deliver special requests for guests
Inherent Requirements
* This is a hands‐on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g., moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.
