About the role
Join the team at Aussie Magnets as a full-time Pick-Packer, Warehouse Storeperson and All-Rounder based in Wetherill Park, NSW.
In this hands-on role, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day running of our busy warehouse, ensuring efficient and organised storage and distribution of our products.
As a Pick-Packer, Warehouse Storeperson and All-Rounder here's what a typical day might look like for you:
* Accurately pick, pack and dispatch customer orders
* Receive, unload, and sort incoming goods and materials
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation in the warehouse
* Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trolleys
* Assist with inventory management and cycle counting
* Manage general inquiries via online and phone in a professional manner
* Contribute to a safe and collaborative work environment
* Basic e-commerce related tasks
What we're looking for
* Previous experience in a pick-packer/storeperson/warehouse role
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently and accurately
* Strong communication (written and verbal), customer service and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team
* A positive, proactive attitude and a commitment to safety
* Excellent organisation and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively and work autonomously.
* Capable of handling manual tasks and working in a fast-paced environment
* Previous experience with Shopify eCommerce platforms is preferred
