Residential Sales Professional
The role of Residential Sales Professional requires an experienced professional to manage the end-to-end sales process, including managing buyer enquiries, conducting follow-up calls, generating leads through networking and database calls, organising client appointments and keeping buyers abreast of property market trends.
* Manage the entire sales lifecycle from initial contact to successful sale
* Service all incoming buyer inquiries and conduct regular follow-up calls to maintain relationships and convert leads
* Generate new business opportunities through strategic networking and utilising a high-converting pipeline of qualified leads
* Organise and attend client appointments to showcase properties and provide expert advice on residential real estate
* Keep buyers informed about current property market trends to ensure they make informed decisions
* Previous experience in Project Sales, Investment Sales or Residential Sales
* Sound knowledge of the OTP Sales process
* Able to lead and mentor a small team
* Current NSW Certificate of Registration and/or Real Estate Licence
* Proven track record of achieving and exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs)
* Strong negotiation and closing skills
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
