The successful candidate will be responsible for providing general medical services to patients within correctional environments in various facilities. To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:
* Current medical registration with the relevant health practitioner regulation agency
* Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practice or Australasian College of Rural and Remote Medicine
* Specialist recognition by the Specialists Recognition Advisory Committee Award
* Demonstrated significant experience in general practice with knowledge of contemporary clinical management
* Experience in emergency medicine, general practice, adult internal medicine, or rural medicine is highly regarded
