Welding Industries of Australia (WIA) and Weldwell New Zealand form the Oceania Division of ITW Welding, part of an innovative, global manufacturing company with a proud history in the region for over 60 years. Our success is built on innovation, industry‐leading solutions and exceptional people.

We're now looking for an HR Lead for Oceania who will partner with our leadership team to strengthen engagement, grow capability, and ensure our people remain at the heart of our continued success.

Reporting to the General Manager – Oceania, this is both a strategic and hands‐on role where you will play a key role in shaping the people strategy across the region while working closely with business leaders to drive performance, engagement and culture across our Australian and New Zealand operations.

* Partner with business leaders to align people strategy with business goals.
* Lead and manage the recruitment and onboarding process.
* Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives.
* Support leaders to drive talent management and succession planning.
* Foster a growth mindset across our teams.
* Develop and implement employee training and development programs.
* Drive the creation and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
* Strengthen and promote our employer brand.
* Champion a strong safety culture across the organisation, developing and implementing safety action plans.
* Implement and manage performance management frameworks.
* Manage relationships with external HR partners and consultants.
About You

You'll thrive in a small, dynamic team environment and be an expert at balancing planning and hands‐on execution, be a natural at working with multiple stakeholders, and can prioritise across multiple projects.

You'll have strong communication and relationship building skills and be focused on delivering results. Experience in manufacturing and sales environments, combined with tertiary qualifications in HR or a related business field would be preferred.

Based at our Head Office in Adelaide, this role is responsible for HR across our Australian and NZ team, with occasional travel required.
