Your role:
* Deliver OT programs in individual and group settings focused on restorative outcomes, healthy ageing, and community engagement.
* Provide evidence-based, high-quality clinical care to clients across residential and community settings.
* Manage your caseload efficiently through planning, prioritisation, and time management.
* Advise on aged care service delivery, ensuring alignment with standards, policies, and best practice frameworks.
* Develop holistic therapy plans in collaboration with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
* Mentor and support the OT team, fostering a positive, collaborative workplace culture.
About you:
* Registered Occupational Therapist (AHPRA) with 5+ years' experience, including aged care.
* Strong clinical knowledge of restorative care, enablement, and wellbeing approaches.
* Experienced in case coordination and multidisciplinary teamwork.
* Demonstrated leadership ability, able to inspire teams, drive change, and positively influence workplace culture.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage clients, families, and staff effectively.
