About The Job
Due to continued business growth, an outstanding opportunity has arisen for an experienced Supply Chain & Engineering Manager to take ownership of end-to-end operations. This is a highly visible leadership role, critical to ensuring efficient, compliant and scalable systems across manufacturing, supply chain and operational delivery. You will join the business in a key period of growth and change leadership.
Reporting to the Head of Operations, your responsibilities will include:
* Lead and execute operational strategy aligned to business and growth objectives.
* Oversee day-to-day operations including manufacturing, logistics, inventory and supply planning.
* Manage and optimise relationships with the Company's 3rd Party Manufacturer and key suppliers, driving quality, reliability and cost efficiencies.
* Drive continuous improvement to enhance operational efficiency, scalability and cost control.
* Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to quality standards.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D and Sales to align operations with product development, customer needs and new product launches.
* Develop and manage operational budgets, monitor KPIs and identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising quality.
* Lead, coach and develop a small multinational team, building capability and accountability.
To be successful in this role, you bring:
* An Engineering degree, with additional qualifications in Supply Chain or Business advantageous.
* 5+ years' experience in supply chain and engineering leadership roles, ideally within medical devices or healthcare technology, plus earlier career in engineering or operations.
* Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and quality systems in a regulated environment.
* Proven experience managing third-party manufacturers and supplier negotiations.
* Demonstrated success scaling operations within a small-to-mid-sized business.
* Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, KPIs and cost optimisation initiatives.
* A strategic yet hands-on leadership style, with the ability to execute in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
* Excellent communication, problem-solving and stakeholder engagement skills.
