Expansion Manager Role

As an Expansion Manager, you will lead the coordination, planning, and implementation of service expansions.

This role involves managing the implementation plan, coordinating operational setup for new locations, and leading stakeholder engagement activities.

Key responsibilities include owning and managing the implementation plan, ensuring milestones, timelines, and dependencies are met; coordinating operational setup for new locations, including systems, infrastructure, staffing, and local engagement; and facilitating internal communications.

* Support workforce establishment, including recruitment coordination, onboarding timelines, and liaison with managers.
* Ensure staff remain well informed of decisions, progress, and key milestones through regular updates and information sessions.
