Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Australian Business Degree or related field; 3+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education/training and/or experience;
* Strong understanding of customer service principles;
* Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with diverse audiences (e.g., customers, employees)
