Job Overview
We are seeking a qualified and experienced professional to lead our early childhood education services. The successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring the provision and maintenance of high quality services, researching current trends and practices, and participating in Council recruitment processes.
Key Responsibilities
1. To ensure the provision and maintenance of high-quality early childhood services that meet the needs of a diverse user group;
2. To research current trends and practices to enhance the service's ongoing commitment to quality improvement;
3. To participate in Council recruitment processes;
The role requires the following qualifications and certificates:
* Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care;
* HLTAID012 Provide First Aid in an education and care setting;
* CPR - HLTAID009 Provide cardiopulmonary resuscitation;
* Criminal History Check;
* Employee Working with Children Check;
* Protecting Children - Mandatory reporting and other obligations early childhood.
