We are looking for an experienced Polisher & Support Technician to join the team within Richemont Oceania.
The Polisher & Support Technician will support technical operations for all types of products repairs: watch, jewellery, LLPE (Leather goods, Lighters, Pens and Eyewear) and ensure excellence in execution to meet service standards (lead time and quality) of the Maisons.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
Technical interventions
* Polishing and cleaning for watches and jewellery
* Engraving of pens, jewellery and watches
* Quality checks on all products after interventions
* Completion of all assigned jobs on daily basis
* Dismantling and preparation of watches
Work environment
* Ensure cleanliness of the work area environment
* Maintain tools and equipment
* Ensure proper chemical use and storage ; in line with health & safety guidelines
* Provide timely feedback on technical issues and continuous improvement ideas with management
Key Performance Indicators
* Leadtime performance (Dismantling, polishing, engraving)
* Repair quality / guarantee
Key relationship with
* Strong functional line of reporting with superior
* Collaboration with both Technical and Admin Team
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
* Minimum secondary school education
* 2 years relevant working experience in luxury watches environment is preferred but unexperienced but motivated are welcome
* Proficient in usage of Microsoft Office Applications & Internet, and more generally computer savvy
* Hands-on, on non-watch and jewellery polishing experience
* Positive working attitude and mindset,
* Capable to work independently and organize him/herself
