TK Maxx is currently seeking experienced Duty Managers who are looking to take the next step of their career and be part of our Duty Manager Development program. This role will be based across multiple NSW South Stores with both Part Time and Full Time opportunities.

Duties and Responsibilities 
Deliver excellent customer service 
Processing sales and returns 
Maintenance and replenishment of stock 
Visual merchandising of products 
Willingness to lead a team and welcome responsibility 
Skills/Experience 
The successful applicant should possess the following: 
Experience in a high-volume retail workplace 
Sales and results-driven with proven experience in meeting KPIs 
Experience in merchandising a range of products 
Experience in leading a team is desirable
