The Role
Join our high-performing Health & Safety team and help shape the future of safety across our Adbri operations SA, NT. Reporting to the State H&S Manager, you'll lead strategic safety initiatives, drive performance, and embed a culture of continuous improvement.
What You'll Do
* Champion WHS standards and drive consistency across regions
* Lead and coach the regional H&S team
* Identify trends and implement proactive safety solutions
* Deliver training, audits, and site visits across SA & NT
* Support incident investigations and share key learnings
* Partner with leaders to embed safety into everyday operations
What You'll Bring
* WHS qualification and 2+ years' experience in heavy industry or construction
* Strong knowledge of WHS legislation and ISO 45001 systems
* ICAM and Cert IV Training & Assessment (desirable)
* Confident communicator and trusted advisor
