About the role
The Finance department provides high level operational support, research and advice to the Executive Team on matters such as financial planning, infrastructure management and information services. The department’s goal is to support efficient operations, implement effective internal controls, and ensure the organisation’s compliance with taxation, payroll, and reporting obligations.
The Finance & Payroll Officer provides essential operational support to the Finance Department to ensure the accurate, timely, and compliant delivery of financial and payroll services.
The role is primarily responsible for managing accounts payable and receivable functions, payroll processing, staff reimbursements, loans administration, and credit card management.
The position contributes to the integrity of financial records, supports efficient financial operations, and assists in financial analysis and reporting activities across the organisation.
What we are looking for
1. Certificate IV or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
