You'll be joining a supportive, multidisciplinary team while enjoying the freedom and autonomy of community-based practice. What you'll be doing: Delivering 1:1 evidence-based physiotherapy in clients' homes across the Ballarat community Supporting Home Care Package and Short-Term Restorative Care clients with mobility, falls prevention, pain management, and rehabilitation Working with NDIS participants to develop goal-focused therapy plans that improve daily function and participation Prescribing mobility aids, assistive technology, and home modifications to enhance quality of life Collaborating closely with nurses, carers, families, and support coordinators to provide truly holistic care What's on offer: Salary up to $103,226 per year 12% super Generous salary packaging (up to $15,899 pa) Meal & Entertainment Card ($2,650 pa) 99c per km reimbursement (excluding travel to/from first and last client) Smart phone, laptop, and role-specific equipment provided Dedicated rostering and admin support - so you can focus on care, not scheduling Ongoing professional development, training, and clear career pathways Parental leave for eligible employees Access to Fitness Passport and a range of wellbeing perks Why you'll love this role: You'll enjoy longer, more meaningful appointments (1-1.5 hours) with clients, supported by a rostering team who maximise your travel efficiency.
