Breakfast Supervisor - Hospitality
A breakfast supervisor is a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our food and beverage outlets. This position requires an individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, while also managing the day-to-day activities of the team.
As a breakfast supervisor, you will be responsible for:
* Providing prompt and courteous food and beverage services to customers;
* Processing orders accurately and efficiently;
* Managing the restaurant staff and ensuring that they deliver high-quality service to customers;
* Responding to customer complaints and inquiries in a professional and courteous manner;
* Initiating immediate inquiry into guest feedback and ensuring corrective action is taken, reporting such incidents and actions to management.
Requirements
