About the role This is a customer-facing Showroom Consultant role focused on guiding clients through design-led product selections. You'll work in a supportive, professional environment where training is provided and commission is uncapped. No direct industry experience is required - attitude and people skills are key. Key responsibilities Deliver a high level of customer service to walk-in and existing clients Build strong, long-term relationships with customers and builders Guide customers through product selections with confidence Manage enquiries in person, over the phone, and via email Maintain showroom presentation and standards Prospecting will be minimal initially and increase over time Skills & experience Background in retail, hospitality, or customer service (not industry-specific) Interior design students or graduates encouraged to apply!
