Tableland Fertilizer is a family owned agricultural business with affiliation to CRT. It operates stores on the Atherton Tablelands in both Mareeba and Atherton. Tableland Fertilizer provides a wide range of goods and services to the agricultural, mining and hobby farm industries.
We are seeking a suitably qualified Customer Service Officer to join our dynamic team in Mareeba with the ability to lead from the front in customer service and team performance.
Work hours will be Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm and every second Saturday from 8am to 12pm.
About the opportunity
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer/ Administration Manager, your role will provide support to our broad network of Customers. Duties include:
* Ensuring prompt and accurate processing of customer orders
* Handling customer calls, account queries, pricing requests and product enquiries
* Resolving supply issues
* Liaising with Supplier and stakeholder
* Generating purchase orders
* Rotating Saturday roster
