The Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced Project Marketing Manager to lead marketing across a portfolio of premium residential developments.
This role combines strategic direction with hands-on delivery, leveraging digital innovation, automation and integrated marketing communications to achieve outstanding results. You'll manage diverse project marketing requirements from planning and launch to ongoing campaigns and close-out reporting, while working closely with senior leaders and agency partners.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement tailored marketing strategies for residential projects, aligned with business plans
* Lead integrated marketing campaigns, balancing brand positioning and sales objectives
* Manage websites, display suites, signage, social media, CRM platforms, marketing automation and analytics dashboards
* Apply AI and digital tools to enhance customer engagement and outcomes
* Collaborate closely with internal sales, development, project management and finance teams
* Oversee agency partners, budgets, and ROI reporting to inform future strategies
* Produce high-quality content and communications for diverse audiences
About You:
* years' project marketing management experience in property development - must have built form experience (town homes/apartments)
* Proven track record delivering campaigns for residential projects - project launch experience favourable
* Confident working across digital platforms, CRM systems, analytics, and traditional channels
* Strong financial and budget management skills
* Collaborative approach with excellent communication and stakeholder management
* Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, PR or Commerce (preferred)
