At Komatsu, we're offering an exciting opportunity for a Team Leader – Corporate Services to step into a key leadership role supporting our Finance & Commercial team.
This is a 7-month fixed-term contract based in our Rutherford (Hunter Valley) office, where you'll lead critical corporate services operations and make a tangible impact from day one.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and coordinate end-to-end Accounts Payable operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, approvals, and payments.
* Oversee Concur expense management, ensuring policy compliance, process efficiency, and effective user support.
* Manage bank disbursements and approve non-payroll payment transactions in accordance with company policies and controls.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to resolve invoice, payment, and supplier-related issues.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives across Accounts Payable, vendor management, and employee expense processes.
* Prepare and deliver reporting on outstanding invoices, balance sheet reconciliations, and financial transactions to support business decision-making.
* Support internal and external audits, compliance requirements, and statutory payment-time reporting obligations.
About You
You're an organized and proactive leader who thrives in a busy, high-volume environment and brings:
Experience & Capability
* Experience leading finance/AP teams in high-volume environments.
* Strong background in Accounts Payable, expense management or corporate services.
* Proven ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
Technical Skills
* SAP experience preferred, with exposure to Concur or similar systems.
* Strong reconciliation, reporting, and financial controls knowledge.
