We are seeking an experienced ICT Talent Sourcing Specialist to play a key role in sourcing and delivering talent into Federal Government environments.
About the Role
Working as part of our internal talent team, you will support the delivery of ICT recruitment outcomes across contract and labour hire engagements within the Federal Government sector.
This role requires a strong understanding of government hiring environments, procurement frameworks, and the ability to identify and engage high-quality ICT talent.
Key Responsibilities
* Source and engage ICT professionals for contract and labour hire roles within Federal Government environments
* Deliver recruitment outcomes aligned to government panel arrangements and procurement frameworks
* Conduct market mapping and targeted sourcing across ICT domains (cloud, cyber, infrastructure, software)
* Partner with internal stakeholders and clients to understand technical resource requirements
* Support recruitment delivery in line with Australian Government procurement guidelines and compliance requirements
* Operate within security clearance-sensitive environments
* Demonstrate awareness of the Indigenous Procurement Policy (IPP) in workforce delivery
* Contribute to client engagement and government-focused business development activities
About You
* Experience in ICT recruitment or talent sourcing, with a focus on contract and labour hire delivery
* Proven experience working with or supplying to Australian Federal Government clients, ideally within Canberra
* Strong understanding of the government recruitment and procurement landscape
* Experience working within or supporting panel-based recruitment environments
* Understanding of security clearance requirements
* Exposure to business development or client engagement activities
* Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills

Salary
$95,000 - $120,000 per annum plus superannuation (dependent on experience)
