Role
Joining the business as an experienced Site Manager, you will be required to manage the construction of a brand new industrial facility in the Geelong region.
Responsibilities
* Lead onsite activities from site setup to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to specification.
* Supervise diverse subcontractor teams, fostering a productive and collaborative onsite environment.
* Monitor and accelerate construction schedules to meet or exceed rigorous project deadlines.
* Champion a "safety-first" culture by maintaining strict site compliance and risk management protocols.
* Manage rigorous quality inspections and the seamless transition of assets during the final handover phase.
* Act as a key liaison between onsite operations and the project management office to ensure delivery excellence.
Requirements
* A carpentry background
* Demonstrated experience as a Site Manager on Commercial builds up to $20m
* Strong knowledge of the construction standards and ideally D&C builds
* Experience managing structural steel, pre-cast panels and civil elements of commercial builds
* A willing, hard working attitude
* Experience client facing and comfortable managing clients expectations
* Unlimited working in Australia
