About the role
Hardwear Pty Ltd is seeking a qualified carpenter to join our team in Pakenham, VIC.
This is a full-time role where you will be responsible for assisting with a variety of manual labour and carpentry tasks to support our operations.
What you'll be doing
Heavily involved in various aspects of the construction of site caravans
Performing general manual labour duties such as operating power tools, and maintaining a clean and organised work environment
Assisting with the assembly of onsite vans
Following all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe work site
Collaborating with the team to complete projects in a timely and efficient manner
What we're looking for
Previous experience as a skilled labourer or carpenter, ideally in a similar industrial or construction environment
Proficient in the use of hand and power tools, as well as general construction equipment
Good attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
A desire to succeed
A valid driver's licence and your own reliable transportation
