Surrounded by a hub of wellness and tranquillity, this beautiful restaurant offers guests an all day dining menu comprising of fresh local produce and beverages.
With a large focus on showcasing locally sourced, seasonal produce served alongside excellent coffee, herbal tea blends, local cold-pressed juices and signature cocktails. The wine list highlights the Peninsula's many local vineyards, distilleries and breweries.
Currently going through a period of expansion, this venue is looking to add a full time Food & Beverage Supervisor to the team.
Role & Requirements
The Food & Beverage Supervisor will lead by example, assisting the management team in overseeing day to day operations of the restaurants and functions. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a high volume setting and knowledge of managing stock and inventory.
- You have previous experience in a similar environment
- You have an RSA certificate
- You have a passion for food and drinks
- You will be guest centric, a team performer, resilient, authentic, an excellent communicator
- You have excellent personal presentation
- Leads by example to develop a positive team culture focused on a very high level of guest experience
