About the role: We are currently seeking a motivated Personal Care Worker to join our team in the Bairnsdale and Surrounding Areas on a Permanent Part Time basis. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering high-quality care to our aged care clients within an in-home care setting. We are looking for dependable candidates who can work flexible hours, preferably Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 7:30am to 4pm. Key Duties and Responsibilities: Assist clients at home with personal care tasks like showering, grooming, toileting, meal preparation, and household chores. Support clients to stay independent by helping them go out for shopping, appointments, and community activities. Communicate any client concerns or feedback to the care team to ensure quality service. Maintain client privacy and dignity, and encourage the same among team members and contractors Report consumer risks to management, including inappropriate behaviours or actions not aligned to our values Attend regular scheduled training to maintain your level of skill Essential Qualifications & Requirements: Based in Bairnsdale or Lakes Entrance Completed Certificate III in aged care or Individual support or above. Current valid Level II First Aid Certificate. Experience working within the Aged Care Sector or with Elderly people is advantageous.
