Location: Immanuel Gardens Aged Care, Buderim - QLD
Employment Type: Permanent Part-Time (56 hours - 7shifts fortnight)
Remuneration: $37.44 /hour + Super + Salary Packaging + Access to staff discounts & benefits
What You'll Do:
* Administer medications within your scope of practice
* Deliver direct care to residents based on individual support plans
* Support assessment, care planning and evaluation in collaboration with RNs
* Collect and report data, maintain clinical documentation to support nursing care plans, funding submissions, and care minute reporting for each resident.
What You'll Bring: a passion for elder care and be a strong advocate for providing customer focused clinical care inclusive of:
* Current unrestricted registration with AHPRA (Division 2 – EN)
* Experience in aged care or residential care settings (highly regarded)
* Understanding of person-centred care principles
* Commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement
* Police Check and NDIS Worker Screening (or willingness to obtain)
* Current QLD Driver's Licence
* Current First Aid Certificate (highly desirable)
