We are looking for an Office Administrator who has experience in Human Resources to work for one of our Electrical Contracting companies who deliver services to mining and heavy industrial sectors.

- $30 - $34 per hour + superannuation
WHAT THE ROLE ENTAILS:
Delivering a broad range of HR and administrative tasks including but (not limited to)
- Coordinating recruitment processes including on boarding and exiting procedures
- Preparing employment contracts, variation of contracts and letters
- Booking medicals and mine site clearances
- Organising training and conducting general inductions
- Other ad-hoc duties as required along with general administration duties such as filing, scanning, photocopying and answering the phones
WHAT CAN WE EXPECT FROM YOU?
- Intermediate to advanced competence in **Microsoft Office** (Word, Excel and outlook)
- **Experience** in **Human Resources** is highly desirable
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously and use initiative
- Ability to manage well under pressure and multitasks when required
- Current WA **Drivers Licence
