Nestled in the heart of the Macedon Ranges wine country, Cleveland Winery Estate is a destination renowned for weddings, conferences, and elegant dining experiences. As part of the award‐winning Lancemore Hotel Group, we're looking for a talented casual Breakfast Cook to join our kitchen team.
About the Role
You'll work as part of our kitchen team to deliver high‐quality Breakfast meals across restaurant service and large‐scale functions including weddings and corporate events.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and cook breakfast dishes for the dining room
* Present an restock our country breakfast buffet
* Maintain a clean, safe, and well‐organised work area
* Manage kitchen ordering and inventory for breakfast service
* Adapt to changing service demands and team needs
* Assist afternoon teams with prep for the following shifts
What We're Looking For
* Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or higher) is essential
* Experience in similar roles is highly regarded
* Understanding of Australian food safety and HACCP principles
* Calm under pressure with a reliable, can‐do attitude
* Availability across weekdays, weekends, and public holidays (as rostered)
* Work rights in Australia
