As the key connection between initial prospect engagement and client conversion, you'll play a vital role in growing our client base and revenue.Key responsibilities will include:Qualify and manage inbound leads from the Managing DirectorCoordinate and lead discovery calls with prospective clientsAccurately assess client needs during discovery conversationsPrepare and deliver customized service proposalsMaintain consistent communication with prospects throughout the sales cycleCollaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboardingTrack sales activity, document interactions, and follow up on long-term opportunitiesDevelop a strong understanding of our full suite of AI, HR, and Finance resource solutions/servicesCommunicate pricing models and engagement structures appropriate to client size and complexityTo be successful in this role you will have:7+ years of experience in business development, sales support, or similar role, preferably in professional services or financial sectorsBasic understanding of AI, HR, accounting and bookkeeping services to effectively communicate with prospectsProven track record of managing inbound leads and supporting B2B sales processesStrong communication skills with the ability to explain accounting services to non-financial professionalsAbility to prioritize and manage multiple prospects simultaneouslySelf-motivated with excellent time management skillsUnderstanding of LinkedIn as a lead generation platform is a plusBachelor's degree in business, marketing, accounting, or related field preferredTo Apply:At Dexterous, we help clients thrive by connecting them with the right people, processes and technology.
