About the RoleReporting into the FP&A Manager the primary purpose of your role is to coordinate cross-functional teams and align systems, processes, and people following acquisitions. If you thrive in complex environments and love bringing structure to transformation, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and execute integration strategies across Finance, HR, IT, and Operations
* Align financial systems, reporting tools (including PBI), billing, procurement, and HR processes
* Manage stakeholder engagement and cultural alignment
* Track synergies, report progress, and ensure compliance
* Support change management and continuous improvement initiatives
What You'll Bring
* Degree in business, accounting, or a related field (CA/CPA preferred)
* Strong project management and financial analysis skills
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement abilities
* Experience in M&A integration viewed favourably, but not essential
* A collaborative mindset and the ability to influence across teams
* Willingness to travel for integration activities
