Job Title: Physiotherapist
About This Role:

* This position delivers evidence-based physiotherapy assessment and intervention to our clients under Aged Care Funding.
A Day in the Life:
You will work in a permanent daytime schedule with no weekend or shift work required, delivering care to clients in community settings.
Requirements:
* A Degree in Physiotherapy with current registration as a health practitioner.
* Proven ability to assess physiotherapy needs and develop individualised programs for aged care clients within the community.
* Postgraduate experience working across diverse aged care services, including community-based settings.
* Thorough knowledge of health and well-being frameworks, including reablement and restorative care models.
* Demonstrated capability to operate effectively both as part of a multidisciplinary team and independently.
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficient in computer literacy, with a willingness to utilise software to facilitate remote work.
* Commitment to understanding and upholding the organisation's values through professional interactions.
* Hold a current first aid certificate or demonstrate a willingness to obtain one.
* Possess a valid unrestricted driver's licence and access to a reliable, registered vehicle with minimum Third-Party Property Damage Insurance.
