Title: Chef Occupation: Chef (ANZSCO )| Salary: $76,515 - $95,000plus super Hours: Full time Trading Name: Headlands Hotel Employer: HEADLANDS HOTEL PTY LTD Location: Austinmer NSW 2515 Experience Required: Qualifications + min 1 year in a relevant role Visa Sponsorship: Nomination for temporary work visa and/or Permanent Residency will be considered for eligible candidates. Duties: Some of the duties you will be required to perform include
* preparing and cooking food and ordering food supplies
* planning menus and estimating food and labour costs
* monitoring quality of dishes at all stages of preparation and presentation
* discussing food preparation issues with Managers and Front of House staff
* explaining and enforcing hygiene regulations
* training of staff
