Want to join an amazing team supporting property operations services across Australia? We are currently seeking a Weekend Part-Time Helpdesk Operator to join our fast-paced Facilities Support Centre. This is a remote-based position following initial on-site training. About the role In this customer-focused position, you will be the first point of contact for clients and contractors, ensuring their requests are actioned efficiently and professionally. Your responsibilities will include: Interpreting and validating client requests Actioning service responses to resolve issues Accurate data capture and entry Communicating effectively with clients and contractors Meeting internal and external service standards Tracking and closing jobs within agreed KPIs Participating in ongoing system and staff development About you We’re looking for someone who is: Customer-focused with strong verbal and written communication skills Quick to learn and able to work independently after training Experienced in a similar Helpdesk or customer service role Confident using Microsoft Office programs A team player who thrives in a remote work environment Familiar with facilities or trades services (highly regarded) On offer is the opportunity to join a growing company with a fun and social environment.
