WHAT ARE WE OFFERING?

Join the Barossa Hills Fleurieu Local Health Network (BHFLHN) Mental Health Service as an Executive Assistant (ASO3) and contribute to a dynamic, supportive, and community-focused environment.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are seeking an experienced and motivated administrative professional who brings:

* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage high volumes of work, shifting priorities, and tight deadlines.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Proven experience handling sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, PCMS, Basware and general office systems.
* Experience preparing reports, briefings, correspondence, and meeting minutes.
* A commitment to culturally safe and respectful engagement with Aboriginal communities and a willingness to undertake further training.
* The ability to work independently under general direction as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

HOW WILL YOU CONTRIBUTE?

In this role, you will provide essential support to ensure the smooth functioning of the Rural and Remote Mental Health Service by:

* Managing urgent enquiries, confidential communications, and daily diary coordination for Senior Managers.
* Preparing agendas, minutes, reports, briefings, and other high-level correspondence.
* Coordinating meetings, teleconferences, travel arrangements, and official functions.
* Maintaining accurate filing and records management systems.
* Supporting procurement processes including Basware, Oracle ordering, and PCMS contract management.
* Assisting with project coordination, research tasks, data collation and progress reporting.
* Liaising with clinical teams, consumers, external agencies, and other SA Health departments to ensure effective communication and workflow.
* Providing leadership and support to other administrative staff as required.
