About You
You'll need proven experience in venue or restaurant management, strong leadership skills, and a passion for customer service.

* Proven track record in managing venues or restaurants
* Excellent leadership and communication skills to support front-of-house and back-of-house teams
* A hands-on approach to guest service and feedback management
* Knowledge of food safety standards and compliance requirements
* Experience with point-of-sale and reservation systems (H&L/Now Book It preferred)
