Qualifications

* System Troubleshooting & Support: Proven ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues in enterprise HCM platforms.
* Configuration & Integration: Experience configuring Oracle Cloud HCM modules and integrating with middleware and APIs.
* Incident Management: Familiarity with ITSM tools (e.g., ManageEngine, ServiceNow, Jira) and BAU support processes.
* Data Analysis & Validation: Skilled in validating data flows, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring data quality.
