Relief Hospitality Manager- 2 Month Contract
We are looking for a highly experienced Relief Hospitality Manager to join our team in Port Douglas, QLD on a 2-3 month contract.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our hospitality business and ensuring seamless service delivery to our guests.

What you'll be doing
Manage all aspects of operations, including food and beverage, and maintenance
Oversee staffing, scheduling, training, and performance management to ensure high levels of customer service
Identify and resolve guest issues promptly to uphold our commitment to exceptional customer experiences
Collaborate with the wider management team to drive continuous improvement and innovation
Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
This role is available for immediate start to assist during the festive period
What we're looking for
Minimum 3 years' experience in a senior hospitality management role
Successful candidate will have current RMLV accreditation
Proven track record of successfully leading and motivating teams to deliver outstanding customer service
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work under pressure
Strong financial acumen and commercial awareness to manage budgets and drive profitability
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with guests, staff, and other stakeholders
Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences
