This role involves overseeing the entire finance function, ensuring strong financial health, operational excellence, and long-term sustainability.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the accounting and finance functions, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and statutory compliance.
They will also develop and implement financial strategies aligned with commercial objectives and growth plans, providing senior leadership with insights, modeling, and recommendations for strategic decision-making.
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading the finance function to achieve business objectives
* Overseeing accounting and finance functions, including budgeting, forecasting, and statutory compliance
* Developing and implementing financial strategies aligned with commercial objectives
* Providing senior leadership with insights, modeling, and recommendations for strategic decision-making
Requirements for this position include:
* CPA or CA qualification with 10+ years' experience in senior financial leadership roles
* Proven experience as a CFO, Financial Controller, or Finance Manager in the construction industry
* Strong understanding of project accounting, cost control, progress claims, and contract financial management
