Job Description
The Senior Digital Marketing Specialist plays a key role in leading and managing the digital presence of our organisation, with a strong focus on student recruitment.
This involves planning and delivering digital marketing campaigns, overseeing website content and improvements, managing social media channels, and ensuring consistent application of our visual identity and brand voice.
Working closely with internal stakeholders, the Specialist coordinates SEO/SEM activities, analytics and tracking, digital content production, and user-experience enhancements.
Key Responsibilities
* Digital Campaign Management - Plan and optimise campaigns to support student recruitment.
* Website & Course Finder Management - Maintain accurate, user-friendly content.
* Social Media Management - Develop and manage engaging content.
* Analytics & Reporting - Track performance and recommend improvements.
* Branding Compliance - Ensure all digital content reflects our brand guidelines.
* Stakeholder Coordination - Collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have excellent written and oral communication skills, attention to detail, and an understanding of key marketing communications principles.
They will also possess excellent problem-solving skills and a desire to work collaboratively across all marketing functions.
Advanced knowledge, understanding, and experience in the following areas are required:
* Search engine optimisation and search engine marketing
* Adobe Creative Suite
* Content Management Systems
* Google Analytics for website analysis
* Managing social networking platforms for marketing purposes
* Basic HTML, JavaScript, and CSS or the ability to learn
Education and Experience
A bachelor's degree in marketing, digital media, graphic design, communications, information technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience is essential.
