Job Overview
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Store Manager to lead a busy store in Cairns. The role involves day-to-day operations, driving sales, managing stock, building customer loyalty, and leading and developing a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing the store's daily activities, including sales, stock control, and employee supervision
* Driving sales growth and improving profitability through effective merchandising and inventory management
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders
* Developing and implementing strategies to improve employee engagement, retention, and development
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager in retail or hospitality
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
* A customer-first mindset with a focus on service and satisfaction
* Ability to manage stock, merchandising, and compliance standards
* Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
