Business Development Executive – Petrol & Convenience (Northwest Region)

Your Impact

You'll take ownership of a key territory covering Geelong, the Surf Coast, and through to Craigieburn, driving growth across Asahi's Petrol & Convenience (PCI) customers. In this role, you'll strengthen existing partnerships, maintain compliance and visibility across our leading beverage portfolio, and ensure our brands are performing in market every day.

Key Accountabilities

* Manage and grow existing accounts across the Petrol & Convenience channel, ensuring call cycles and sales plans are executed effectively
* Conduct regular weekly customer visits across a structured territory
* Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers and key stakeholders to support brand activation and visibility
* Execute promotional plans, monitor competitor activity, and identify local growth opportunities
* Partner with internal teams including BDMs, Category, and Marketing to deliver results in line with commercial objectives
* Represent Asahi's iconic portfolio of alcoholic and non-alcoholic brands with pride and professionalism


About You

* Highly organised with strong time management and planning skills
* Confident communicator who builds genuine relationships with customers
* Results-focused with a passion for sales, service, and executional excellence
* Previous FMCG, retail, or convenience sales experience advantageous but not essential
* A proactive learner who thrives in a structured environment
* Valid driver's licence and full Australian working rights required
