Front Desk Specialist Role



We are seeking a highly organized and professional individual to join our team as a Front Desk Specialist in a busy Real Estate Office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and possess a strong work ethic.




About the Role



This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. As a Front Desk Specialist, you will be responsible for managing incoming calls, greeting clients, and supporting the sales and property management teams.




Key Responsibilities




* Manage incoming calls and respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner

* Greet clients and visitors in a welcoming and courteous manner

* Support the sales and property management teams with administrative tasks and data entry

* Maintain accurate records and files

* Perform other related duties as required





Requirements



To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:




* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* A high school diploma or equivalent

* 1-2 years of experience in a front-of-house or administrative role

* Strong organizational and time management skills

* Ability to work in a team environment
