Qualifications
- Robust leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Excellent communication, leadership and team-building skills
- 1+ years of experience with fast food industry or Guzman y Gomez restaurant highly preferred
- Previous experience in a restaurant management role or supervisory position, preferably in a fast food industry
