**THE ROLE**
Working very closely with Management and the Quality Assurance team:
- To ensure compliance with **ISO 90001/14001/45001** Systems and a continual improvement focus.
- Ensure key customers remain satisfied with our company's ongoing Quality efforts.
**Key duties for the role include**:
- System/Process Product audits as required by ISO Standards and Internal systems. Presenting findings of these audits to the company's Management Team.
- Working collaboratively with the company's Quality Control team and Production staff to identify, root cause and rectify product or process issues.
- Delivering professional, concise and forward-driven reporting instruments to the company management group. (analytics, histories, trending, recommendations for improvement).
- Overseeing document management efforts in the **Quality Management System (QMS)**.
- Investigate Warranty complaints and provide countermeasures and liaise with customers.
- Possess a minimum of **3-5 years** of work experience in **Quality (or equivalent technical background),** preferably in automotive, manufacturing, aerospace or defence. Those successful in obtaining an interview may be asked to provide examples of their work in this regard.
- Qualifications in Auditing **ISO 9001, preferably ISO14001, ISO45001** **(TS/16949 - highly regarded).**
- Familiar with **8D** or similar problem-solving processes, understanding of **Six Sigma/statistics analysis** with developed analytical and reporting skills and a history of reporting to management, external auditor and customers.
- Be accomplished and conversant in the MS Suite of programs, with an emphasis on intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and demonstrated experience building positive relationships with stakeholders.
- Convey a positive, can-do attitude to work and assisting others.
