About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Limestone Coast Technical College.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-level customer service to students, families, and the community. This includes managing and implementing recruitment applications in collaboration with feeder schools, coordinating enrolment processes, and supporting school events.
In addition, you will be responsible for coordinating, developing, and maintaining accommodation rosters, as well as managing administrative systems and student records.

Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver exceptional customer service to students, families, and the community
* Manage recruitment applications in collaboration with feeder schools
* Coordinate enrolment processes and support school events
* Develop and maintain accommodation rosters
* Manage administrative systems and student records
Requirements:
* Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and establish positive working relationships with staff, students, parents, and the wider community
* Ability to exercise initiative, prioritise workloads, and maintain discretion and confidentiality
* Experience working independently and collaboratively in a team to provide services to stakeholders and achieve desired outcomes
* Practical experience in using computing software applications, including Office 365 and school learner management systems
