What You Will Do
As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll play a key role across the entire software development lifecycle - from discovery and design through to build, testing, deployment, and ongoing reliability. You'll contribute to modern engineering practices, help shape our technical direction, and uplift the capability of teams around you.
What You'll Bring
* Full Stack development experience as a Senior Software Engineer.
* Ability to translate complex problems into elegant technical solutions, considering resilience, scalability, and long-term maintainability.
* Problem-solving mindset with a passion for writing clean, maintainable code, clarifies ambiguous requirements, and challenges assumptions to reduce risk.
* Experience owning features and services across the full Software Development Lifecycle, from requirements and technical analysis through to design, build, testing, deployment, and ongoing optimisation.
* Experience implementing and operationalising observability frameworks.
* Experience working within risk-aware or regulated environments is highly valued.
* Strong testing mindset with experience using automated testing frameworks across unit, integration, contract and E2E tests.
* Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and integrating quality and security checks into the build process.
* Ability to work closely with product, architecture, security and platform teams to drive alignment and deliver quality outcomes.
* Strong communication, collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills.
