Responsibilities
* Ensure adequate supervision is provided to maintain a safe setting for all users, including overseeing pools and surrounding areas.
* Assist the operations team and senior lifeguard in ensuring that the pools, buildings, grounds, and equipment are cleaned and maintained to meet community expectations for service delivery.
* Execute preventive measures, conduct rescues, initiate emergency protocols as necessary, and ensure compliance with facility regulations while enhancing the customer experience through diligent reporting and documentation.
