What You Will Do
Partner with business unit leaders and HRBPs to:
* Develop and execute strategic talent attraction initiatives for key roles
* Lead and evolve early talent and talent readiness programs
* Use data to track talent trends, measure program impact, and optimize recruitment strategies
* Forecast talent needs based on business growth and market trends
* Own and evolve strategies and programs that enable internal talent movement, visibility, and readiness for key roles
* Act as a strategic advisor to internal teams, supporting talent development, succession planning, and workforce planning
What You Need
* Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, ideally within the medical device or healthcare industry
* Proven success in designing and optimising talent programs
* Strategic mindset with the ability to align talent initiatives to business goals
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build lasting relationships
* Adaptability in fast-paced, dynamic environments
* Passion for promoting Stryker's values, culture, and career opportunities
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to lead cross-functional teams and foster a culture of talent excellence
