What's The Role
We're seeking MC Drivers to join our Coffs Harbour team.
We have linehaul runs to Sydney and Brisbane with night shifts spanning across the Monday‐Sunday spread. You will be guaranteed 5 days of work and a minimum of 2,515km per week.
Your responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
* Safe Always – Demonstrating safe work practices, leading by example and promoting a safe work culture.
* Temperature Sensitive Freight – Working with and understanding temperature‐sensitive freight, ensuring safe and timely handling.
* Customer Service – Interacting with customers in a professional manner.
* Teamwork & Communication – Working closely with depot teams for the loading, unloading and transportation of freight.
* Good Work Ethic – Reliable, supportive and eager to help.
* Quality Checks & Control – Completing relevant pre‐start checklists, safety documentation and delivery of paperwork.
What You'll Bring
* Current and valid MC Licence
* Previous commercial driving experience detailed in your resume
* Current BFM, preferred but not essential
* A safe driving record – you will be required to provide a copy of your driving history
* Commitment to workplace health and safety
* Strong customer focus with good communication skills
* Well presented, professional and reliable
* Prior refrigerated experience not essential
